Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the use of the website gaga.ba and the relationship between the Auto Gas Gaga workshop (hereinafter: "we", "the workshop", "AGG") and you as a user of our services.

By using our website or ordering any of our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors of the website gaga.ba, clients using vehicle repair services, users of the E-Service Book (customer portal), and all persons who enter into a business relationship with the Auto Gas Gaga workshop.

Auto Gas Gaga is a family-owned car workshop located at Njegoševa 44, Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, established in 1996. The workshop specializes in general car mechanics and auto LPG system installation and servicing.

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are of legal age or that you are acting with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Repair Services

The workshop provides all repair, diagnostic, routine maintenance, and installation services listed on the website gaga.ba, including but not limited to: general car mechanics, minor and major service, computer diagnostics, auto LPG system installation and servicing, suspension and brake repair, and vehicle preparation for technical inspection.

Every service begins with a written estimate (quote) prepared by the workshop after inspecting the vehicle. Work on the vehicle begins only after the client approves the estimate. Prices stated in the estimate are binding for the specified scope of work.

If the workshop discovers additional faults during the repair that were not anticipated in the initial estimate, the client will be notified and asked for approval before proceeding with work under a new estimate.

Upon completion of work, the client is obligated to pick up the vehicle within a reasonable time after notification of completion. The workshop is not responsible for vehicles not picked up within 15 days of notification.

3. Warranty

Auto Gas Gaga provides a warranty on installed parts and on performed labor, under the following conditions:

3.1 Parts Warranty

The warranty on installed parts is valid for the duration and scope prescribed by the manufacturer of each individual part (expressed in months and/or kilometers). The workshop passes the manufacturer's warranty to the client and assists in its enforcement.

The parts warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults. It does not cover wear from normal use, damage caused by accidents, or damage resulting from neglecting recommended maintenance.

To claim the parts warranty, the client must retain the receipt and warranty card received upon picking up the vehicle.

3.2 Labor Warranty

The workshop provides a warranty of 3 (three) months on labor (installation, repair, adjustment), provided that the vehicle is used normally and the client does not cancel or neglect recommended servicing.

The labor warranty does not cover: damage resulting from continued use of the vehicle after the client was notified of a fault or need for additional repair, damage resulting from intervention by another workshop on the same assembly, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions given by the workshop.

4. Payment

Payment for services rendered is made in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed with the workshop.

A receipt is issued for every completed service through the workshop's fiscal cash register, in accordance with the tax regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Service prices are expressed in convertible marks (BAM/KM). Prices stated in a written estimate are binding for the specified scope of work and are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.

5. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked through the website, by phone, or via WhatsApp/Viber messages.

An appointment is considered confirmed when the workshop sends a confirmation via WhatsApp or Viber message. Until that point, an appointment request is treated as a non-binding inquiry.

Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a booking fee, the amount of which will be communicated to the client in advance.

If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the workshop reserves the right to request confirmation of serious intent for the next booking.

6. Customer Portal (E-Service Book)

The E-Service Book is a free, opt-in service that allows clients to electronically review the service history of their vehicles.

Access to the portal is protected by a combination of phone number and PIN code. The client is responsible for keeping their PIN code secure and must not share it with third parties.

The workshop is not liable for unauthorized access to the portal resulting from the client's disclosure of their PIN code.

Data in the E-Service Book serves as an informational overview and does not replace the physical service book of the vehicle or official workshop documents (receipts, warranty cards).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website gaga.ba, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, design, and the "Auto Gas Gaga" brand, is the property of the workshop unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Copying, distribution, reproduction, or use of website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the workshop is prohibited.

Car brand names, parts manufacturer logos, and other third-party trademarks mentioned on the site are used solely for informational and descriptive purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The workshop is responsible for the quality of work performed within the given warranties and in accordance with professional standards.

The workshop is not liable for: loss of profit or business opportunity arising from a vehicle fault, loss of vehicle use during the repair period (except in cases of unjustified delay by the workshop), indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, or damages resulting from failure to follow the workshop's recommendations.

The total liability of the workshop in any case is limited to the actual cost of the repair performed.

Information published on gaga.ba, including driver tips, articles about common faults, and blog posts, is for informational purposes only. The workshop does not guarantee their absolute accuracy and completeness.

9. Force Majeure

The workshop is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, government measures, material or energy shortages, supply chain disruptions, and strikes.

In the event of force majeure, deadlines for fulfilling obligations are extended for the duration of such circumstances. The workshop will make reasonable efforts to notify the client of the situation.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

The workshop reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amended terms take effect on the date of publication on the website gaga.ba.

Continued use of the website or services after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The date of the last update is noted at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in Banja Luka.
