- Q /How do I get access?
- If you're already an Auto Gas Gaga customer, give us a call and we'll add you to the system. If not, you'll get access automatically after your first service at our workshop.
- Q /What if I forget my password?
- Call us on +387 65 701 308 and we'll help you reset your access. No complicated procedures - same as everything else here.
- Q /Does this replace the manufacturer's service book?
- The e-service book is our internal record, for your vehicle and our work history. It complements the original manufacturer's service book nicely, but it does not replace it for the purposes of the manufacturer's warranty.
- Q /How long do you keep the history?
- We keep the complete history from your first service at our workshop, with no expiry date. Whenever you need it - to sell the car, as a reminder, for a warranty claim - it's there.
