Bodywork and paint
Impact damage, scratches, bumper and fender replacement. The partner collects the car from us, does the work and returns it - the manager tracks it through the same portal.
Electrics and electronics
Complex electrical faults, alternators, starters, infotainment, diagnostics that need specialist equipment - the partner solves it, we coordinate.
Tyres and vulcaniser
Swaps, balancing, repairs, seasonal storage. We organise slots for the whole fleet - one drop-off, every car ready.
Additional services
Washing, polishing, glass replacement, recovery of broken-down vehicles. When you need something, you call us and we arrange it.

Intro call and fleet listing
We come to you or you come to us. We walk through the list of vehicles, agree the scope of work, cost approval rules and contact people. We add your vehicles and drivers to the system.
Drivers use the app
Every driver has access to their app. They log mileage and fuel, file damage reports with photos, see their car's history. The manager has an overview of all vehicles at once.
Service through the portal
When a car needs a service, the manager books it through the portal. We collect the vehicle, do what's needed or coordinate a partner, return it with an invoice and a clear description of the work. Everything stays in the vehicle history.

Mileage and time thresholds per vehicle. The system prompts before the interval slips - small services don't turn into big breakdowns.
Documents and expiries
Registration, insurance, warranty, inspection. Expiry dates are tracked per vehicle; the manager gets a warning before the deadline.
